Our Vision

Our vision at Exerpy is simple. We want to see people smile again. We realize how potent of a medicine that exercise therapy is for mental health, and we use that as a tool in helping our clients feel better. It’s extremely rare to feel worse after exercising.
While we know that doing a few exercises might not completely solve years and years of mental health concerns, it is a step in the right direction. Developing a long-term exercise therapy plan has been proven to positively impact one’s mental well-being.
As ambitious as it may seem, our vision is also to reach all four corners of the earth with our exercise therapy programs. The further we expand means that more people will be helped, and even if the time invested into this company helps just one person, then it’s all worth it to us.
We like to see ourselves as an online mental health company instead of just another online fitness company.

Everything discussed between us and our clients is held in strict confidentiality. Without trust, a firm working relationship will never thrive. Not everyone feels open to discuss their mental health situation, so when people let down their guard and open up about it with us, that trust will never be broken.

Exerpy fosters a completely non-judgemental mindset. You can come to us and tell us anything you feel comfortable with or nothing at all. Everyone comes on their own terms and own pace. 
Our foundation is built upon perseverance. With depression and other mental health concerns, sometimes it feels more difficult to press forward. Many days, you might just feel like giving up and not getting out of bed. But pressing forward and continuing to fight no matter how bad you want to quit is exactly what you need to do to win the battle.
